It is now the 18th of November, and Wisconsin shows NO payment being made, despite saying they are starting to pay for last week. May be on the way, but seems STUCK to me. Why not just PAY it out and be done? No, they have to tricle it in as we are dying out here. I wont see ANY of it for a LONG TIME as now all my checks go to pay a friend who payed my utility bill and now I have to also pay interest at 20% since the unemployment is comming in piecemeal. Help they say… hmph! I NEED WORK!!! These thimbles of water is doing little to stave off the blaze of debt racking up while they diddle thumbs.
